Return Policy

Novira London does everything possible to provide an excellent shopping experience. However, if you wish to return a product, you will find our return policy clearly and in detail below.

  1. Conditions for Returning a Product

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request can only be made after physically receiving the product.

  • All return costs, including international shipping fees, are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Trying on the item is allowed, but using it is not permitted.

  • Returns will not be accepted for orders where the customer intentionally purchased the same product in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order.

  1. Return Process

  • Request your return by sending an email to info@noviralondon.com within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • We will provide the return address of our supplier (located in China).

  • Send the item at your own expense, including any additional costs such as customs duties or shipping fees.

  • We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking (track & trace).

  1. Refunds

Once the product has been received and inspected at the return address, the corresponding amount will be refunded within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  1. Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages when the tracking indicates that the package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If the customer enters an incorrect address, full responsibility lies with the customer.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
